We have added a new audio series on Youtube. It is Neville Goddard’s 1948 Lessons, a 5 part series of lessons on manifesting and imagining by the great mystic Neville himself. In these lessons, Neville talks about the psychological meanings of the bible, and he uses many examples to make his points. He gives his students detailed explanation of the manifesting process. Using his personal stories to prove his philosophy of Imagination Creates Reality, Neville weaved a compelling philosophy of imagination in a series of lectures that has been recorded in text for future generations of students. The titles are as follows. Please click on the lecture that you wish to listen to:
Lesson 1: Consciousness Is The Only Reality
Lesson 2: Assumptions Harden Into Facts
Lesson 3: Thinking Fourth Dimensionally
Lesson 4: No One To Change But Self
Lesson 5: Remain Faithful To Your Idea
Lesson 6: Questions and Answers

Today I would like to share with you a story of how imagination can create our future reality. And it can manifest even the specific and detail if you desire it to be.
Many years ago in 2005, an old friend of mine told me his story about using his imagination. I had taught him some of my mental techniques for creating the reality you choose by using imagination. So he took my advice and put it to practice. He wanted to get a new girlfriend.
For several weeks, using the specific mental deepening technique and visualization method, he put himself into a deep state of mind and started to enact in his mind a few imaginative scenes. The first scene, he imagined himself sitting in his living room, watching tv with his new girlfriend. Then the next scene, he imagined what kind of hairstyle he liked on a girl. He imagined she was slim, wearing a white tshirt, sitting next to him on the sofa, watching tv. So he did this in his mind over the course of a few weeks.
He was feeling frustrated at the lack of progress after 2 weeks. One day, he went to the library to read. He felt sleepy and he rested his head over his arms crossed on the table, and just closed his eyes. After a while, he was awakened by the sound of someone coming to sit next to him. He turned his head, and saw this girl sitting 2 chairs away from him. The first thing he noticed was, she had the exact same hairstyle that he visualized in his future girlfriend. He thought to himself, this is such a coincidence, just as he had been thinking about this hairstyle, now he sees it right next to him. After a while, the girl asked to borrow his pen, and they started talking. He wasn’t sure if he really liked her, and they started contacting each other as friends.
Well over the next few weeks, the girl started to come over to his house for tea and sometimes joining him for dinner. And they started getting quite close to each other. One night after dinner, he noticed a strange sense of deja vu. There he was, sitting on his sofa watching tv with this girl next to him. The girl was wearing a white tshirt. And on that particular night, she tied her hair exactly the same way as he had been ‘seeing’ in his imagination for weeks! And according to him, the girl was the one making the moves to get close to him all along.
In our mental lab, we create and shape our future reality. Make no mistake about it, when you imagine a goal consistently, you are remolding your world and the people in it. What are we imagining? If your thoughts are all over the place, there’s no focus to create a specific reality or experience. If you are definite in what you want, you can use the right techniques to pull you towards the future reality that you desire. If you seriously believe your imagination can shape your future reality, would you use it to deliberately create the reality you want?
We have uploaded a very rare Neville Goddard lecture titled Power on our MINDisLIFE youtube channel. Please remember to subscribe to our youtube channel!
Neville was one of the teachers that has influenced and changed my life. His talks and writings about the power of imagination are electrifying and practical instead of just theoretical.
In this lecture(Power), Neville talks about imagination in a spiritual sense at the start of the lecture. Then he gives examples of how imagination manifested amazing results, from personal stories that his students shared with him. One example, he tells how his friend imagined on the behalf of a barber for him to own his own barber shop. It came true! How an employee imagined a bonus and payrise, and he was given it by his boss. And many more examples.
Neville even teaches unmarried ladies how they can get married by using their imagination!
At the end of the lecture, Neville took various questions from the audience and answered them.

Do you have a lovely desire in your heart? Put your imagination to the extreme test and bring it to reality!
Always imagine the best!
Many of us doubt that imagination can change our life. Even those who have experience in manifesting successfully in the past will sometimes forget the true cause of conditions. A few months or years after a manifestation, we start to think perhaps it was luck, or coincidence, or fate. We become the Doubting Thomas, we wish to analyse with logic, we need proof. But those who doubt will see no proof until he puts his imagination to the trial in their daily life. This is because the First Cause is imaginal, the unseen. It only seemed like fate or coincidence because imagination creates events to manifest the outcome you wanted.
We must not underestimate the power of what imagination can do. Just a little imagination can open doors to great wonders in your life. It can bring you to new experiences, new conditions and better ‘circumstances’. If you would just dedicate some time each day to think positively and imagine the best, it can open up new possibilities.
Just do this exercise if you would. Take 10 to 15 minutes each day, sit or lie down, quiet your mind of all thoughts. When you have entered a state of quietness and stillness, then you can start imagining. You should imagine the best of every area of your life. Don’t think of how you are going to achieve it, instead just think of it as already achieved. Forget the ‘how’. Just imagine ‘what you want’. Think of that outcome and enjoy the positive emotions that you would feel.
This is exactly how I have achieved a lot of my goals in the past. This included manifesting my dream car, my ideal apartment, moving to a new city, and new jobs with higher pay. After you imagine the outcome, you are free to go on in your daily life. Certain events and people will come into your life. You have started the power of attraction to draw to you what is needed to create the outcome you desired. You are a point in the Universal Mind. When you change, you influence changes to take place in the the Universal Mind.
If you read my ebook ‘Secret Techniques Of Manifesting With Imagination'(STOMWI), you will learn about how this works. It all comes down to States. We jump from one emotional/mental states to another. How you got to that state doesn’t really matter. Right now you can enter any emotional/mental state that you choose. If you remain there you shall draw more conditions that matches the state to you. But at any time you can jump out from the state and choose another state. Once you are out, conditions will change to match the new state. That is a law of mind. That is how consciousness works.

We exist in many versions of realities. Creation is done in the form of Infinite Probabilities. All things are possible in the mind of God because all things already exist (or “co-exist” in another probable reality).
In this infinite universe there co-exist many versions of probable realities, therefore each “new decision” is not really new- it already exist in a probable world and needless to say along with its own probable consequences.
We are shifting between realities all the time. With each thought, decision, intention, word and action, we are travelling in this vast system of infinite possibilities. The freedom and choice is limitless. Our “I am” is truly an unlimited Being that can occupy limitless states that it desires to experience.
What then, is the tool or method that we use unconsciously to shift between realities? That ‘thing’ is none other than our consciousness. Think about it for a moment. What holds you in your current reality? It is your mind. Your mind is made up of your thoughts.
Your beliefs about yourself, about people, about money, about health, about the world, these beliefs that you hold in your mind are determining the conditions you experience. A person who always think thoughts of success will attract success. A person who always think about lost opportunities, lost of wealth, bad luck, will keep on attracting what he continues to think. In short, in your mind, what kind of world do you belief that you live in? That is your mental dwelling place. Your mental dwelling place is aligning you to a probable reality that matches what you believe in.
Yet we are all beings with free will. Spiritually asleep to our limitless freedom, we think in limitation and thus enter into a world of limitation. To be spiritually awake to our limitless freedom, we can choose any mental state to live in and then shift our “I” into an alternate reality(conditions) that we desire.
Bear in mind that we do not get teleported into another reality. But from our personal own point of view, when we shift into another probable reality, our conditions around us change naturally. Sometimes gradually, sometimes suddenly.
When I wanted to attract to me an ideal apartment for rent in 2005, I put myself in an ideal apartment that I desired. And I did it all in my mind. I was changing my mental dwelling place. In my imagination, I put myself in an apartment in the city centre, high up above the city, with city views and water views. I told myself that the rent was really affordable. At that time, in my reality I was co-leasing an apartment with a French student. My share of the rent was $215 per week for my room. Well, I changed my mental dwelling place while physically living in that room. I didn’t even start looking for a new apartment, but it found me.
About 1 month later, one day I was walking in the city and right beside me was a notice stuck to the traffic light for a 2 bedroom apartment in the city center for $400 per week. I figured I could live in one bedroom for $200 per week (cheaper than my current rent) and rent out the other room to another student. I called for an inspection, and the person said she just put up the notice 5 minutes ago. She showed me her apartment – it was in the city centre, on the 34th floor, had views of the city below, had water views, and even mountain views. She said she was renting but decided to break her lease to go back to her country, and she was helping the leasing agent to find new applicants. I was the first to view it, but after a few days, she told me several other people were also applying. Well, I did more specific mental work to secure the apartment. Within 3 weeks, I was living in that apartment.
The Owner of the apartment decided himself not to raise my rent of $400 per week for 3 years. When the market rate was $520 per week, he still refused to increase my rent. One day I asked the Owner why he rented the apartment below market rate to me, he simply said “Well, I like you. I figured you are the type of tenant that I want, you are clean and you don’t throw wild parties. Not like some previous tenants who threw parties and trashed the place and cost me thousands of dollars to fix up. That’s why I refused to raise your rent even when the agent kept recommending me to do so.”
I did not try to put that thought into his mind. I merely lived in my ideal dwelling place in my imagination, and then things happened naturally. The current tenant decided she wanted to break the lease to return to her own country, and when I got the apartment, the Owner had this idea that I was his ideal tenant and refused to raise the rent.
So which reality do you want to live in? In one probable reality you are already there.
You can choose the conditions that you want, and then imagine it. Do it consistently and regularly, and very soon your vibrations will match up to your ideal reality and bring that reality to you.
At the same time, most of us are slaves to our own daily routines. We wake up everyday at a certain hour, do the same things over and over everyday and keep on repeating it.
Yet, have we ever stopped and think for a moment – who gave us our personal daily routine? Who designed it? Most of the time, our daily routine is something we create unconsciously from repetition and habit. Yet we follow this routine as if it was something fixed or “how it is supposed to be”. It only feels that way because it has become a habit.
There is a very simple way we can consciously do everyday to experience new opportunities. We can start by a process that is called “Disrupting The Routines Of Life”. For example, if you always wake up at 8am everyday, try disrupting that. Sleep earlier and wake up at 5am to be able to experience the dawn of day and watch the sun rise. If you always eat at a certain cafe for lunch at work, try eating at a new place. Try taking a different route to and back from work. Try doing your grocery shopping somewhere else. Open yourself up to be flexible. It will make you feel different, your day will be more interesting and you will change the energy pattern of your daily life.
Someone once remarked online that disrupting our routine will mess up our life and our health. He said he tried sleeping at 5am in the morning, and that made him feel tired and sleepy the whole day from inadequate sleep. My response to him was “Change your routine intelligently“. You wouldn’t want to stuff 3 meals into your stomach all in 1 go just to prove that you’re disrupting your routine. Even if you did, what would that achieve? If you want to sleep at 5am, consider if you have work to do the next day first. If you want to wake up earlier, then sleep earlier. If you sleep late, you have to plan to make up for lost sleep.
Freeing yourself from the routines of life is an exercise where you deliberately disrupt or change your routine in a conscious and intelligent way without compromising or messing up your daily life. Just a few small changes such as what time you have lunch, where you have lunch, using a new route to somewhere you often go, change where you do your normal shopping, etc. It is an exercise to make you flexible and the ability to be unpredictable.
Now let’s think about this for a second. For example, if you always have your lunch at 1pm at the same place, you have set your routine. Your path will never intersect with someone whose routine is to have their lunch at 12 noon or 1pm at a different place. Thus you have limited your experience and therefore opportunities. Because most people are on their own routine like we do ours, unless our routines intersect we would not have opened up the opportunity to cross path with people who may be crucial in helping us achieve our goals. Opportunities are out there, but are you free and flexible enough to even see it?
In one of his books, Carlos Castaneda wrote: “A good hunter knows one thing above all–he knows the routines of his prey. That’s what makes him a good hunter. A hunter that is worth his salt does not catch game because he sets his traps, or because he knows the routines of his prey, but because he himself has no routines. He is free, fluid, unpredictable. In order to be a hunter you must disrupt the routines of your life. A good hunter changes his ways as often as he needs.”
The lesson here is that we should consciously live and be as flexible as possible. Once we blindly follow a routine, we are living an unconscious life, like a robot following a certain programming. This is a call to wake up and design your life. New experiences and opportunities await us at every moment, unless we are too busy with our routines to notice them. Break the energy of routine and unleash yourself to be free and fluid.
We have uploaded another rare lecture by mystic author Neville Goddard. The title is Law- Your Choice And Risk.
Neville talks about using “The Law” (Law of Attraction and Law of Assumption) and its consequences. To listen to it please click here.

The ancient mystics have long claimed that a high level of life energy is essential in the creation of an outcome. The Shamans, Chinese and Hindu taught that life energy is essentially our sexual energy – the energy within us that has the capacity to give life!
In the 1930’s, one person revealed this well kept secret to modern society. Napoleon Hill wrote about this life energy as well in what he called The Power Of Sex Transmutation. Hill wrote about the ability of men to channel their life energy towards a goal.
In his book Think And Grow Rich, he observed that most men do not reach their true success in business and their career until they are over 40 years old. He associated that to the fact that men in their 40’s do not recklessly waste their energy for physical pleasure, but use that energy to focus on their goals and business. He also said that men with a high level of energy are more driven, charismatic, charming, confident and have more energy reserves to complete what they wanted.
The over indulgence of anything in life leads to failure. Napoleon Hill studied many successful men and also failures, and noted that overindulgence in food, alcohol and also sexual pleasures have the tendency to reduce a person’s level of achievement.
The billionaire Andrew Carnegie taught these philosophies to Napoleon Hill, and Carnegie told Hill that in order to be successful, a person must have self-control of his appetites, behavior and habits. Thus Self Control became one of Andrew Carnegie and Napoleon Hill’s principles of success. This philosophy does not teach the morality of one’s behavior, but the technicality and sound advise of controlling oneself to live the middle path that avoids overindulgence.
Do note that these principles of self control and transmutation of energy must be coupled with other principles such as goal setting, having a definite outcome, using the power of cosmic habit force (ie. the power of habits) and others in order to achieve a worthwhile goal.
One of my favourite spiritual and prosperity author is Catherine Ponder. She is the author of Open Your Mind To Receive, and The Dynamic Laws Of Prosperity, which has become a classic. Catherine started out as a struggling single mother, after she learned spiritual mindset for prosperity, she became immensely wealthy.
Her books are easy to read, as she explains spiritual prosperity principles by using examples from her own students and from bible stories.
What I gained from her teachings is the powerful law of tithing or charity. I have noticed that by using this law of charity and activating the law of increase, every dollar donated with good intention can return to the giver multiplied. This of course largely depends on the attitude and mindset of the giver. Catherine Ponder teaches a method of increasing our returns when we give with an open heart, and allowing the amount that we give to return to us 10 fold or 100 fold.
In December 2010, by just giving a donation of $20 and allowed for a return mentally, within 1 week one of my stock investment yielded me a profit of nearly $4000.
If you haven’t read Catherine Ponder’s books before, I recommend you to check them out.
In the beginning was the Word.
The word of the Creator is creative power. The word declares “this is so” and it became. Our word is a spiritual law unto itself and our conditions.
Why do our words have power? Because if thoughts have power, then our words being a vibratory expression of our thoughts – a vibration that can be picked up and translated by our physical sense of hearing, is an energy that vibrates closely to the physical. We know that the frequency of sound can cause glass to break. Compared to our thoughts, our words are even closer to the vibration of the physical.
Therefore, we must watch what we say. Are we saying things that we wish to create and experience, or are we talking about things that we don’t want and dislike? Do we engage in negative talk when we are with friends? Are you talking about how bad the economy is, how rotten society is, or how unlucky you were?
Beware of what you say, for the universe is all ears and it will return to you the things you declared in the form of situations, so that your words can become concrete for all to see.
Words have the power to bless, prosper and heal. Using our words wisely, we can create wealth, happiness and success. There is power in spoken affirmations.
If you would spend some time everyday to verbally declare your affirmations to the universe, you will have sent out powerful creative forces in the universe that will guide you towards your goals and desires.
