The Secret of How To Neutralize a Negative Thought In Your Subconscious Mind

It’s been a while, after almost 1 year of not updating my website. I hope you have all been doing well and practising what you’ve learned in your own journey. I have been taking time off to take massive action in implementing my own methods – “walking the talk”, I call it. In that space of time I’ve created more success in my life, personal well being, career (promotion and huge payrise) finance (made many successful deals) and relationships.

Let’s start with today’s message to you.

Do you sometimes catch yourself thinking negatively or imagining the worst that could happen? Or you find yourself pondering about problems from the past trying to analyze them or wallowing in self pity? You are not alone, everybody does that quite often. However, if you let the negative thought just be, you can find yourself several hours or days later experiencing that problem you were thinking about in your life. You have just created that negative experience with your negative thought.

In learning to create with your mind, you must know that negative thought cannot create positive outcomes, just like you cannot expect to plant a tomato seed and hope to harvest watermelons.

All negative thoughts must be neutralized with a positive one. What’s the method of doing that?

1. Everytime you catch yourself thinking or imagining a problem or negative thought, you must quickly stop and affirm “that negative thought is cancelled in my mind and cannot exist by the power of this word”. And then replace it with a positive one, such as imagining the solution is already achieved or affirming success.

2. I would take that further by saying we should think positive thoughts about every aspects of our life everyday. And it should be done proactively like planting a seed. Your mind is a creature of habit. The more positive thoughts you think, the more it tends towards thinking positively and creating positive outcomes. Start sowing the seeds of success and happiness in every part of your life – friends, relationships, marriage, career, job, business, health, money and spirituality.

There is a SECRET to all this. I will reveal it to you now. Are you ready?

It is important that your LAST thought on any subject be a positive one. Don’t let a negative thought stay planted in the garden of your subconscious mind, uproot it as soon as you can!

All it takes is a decision to start thinking positively

flower You know how they pull you down. You know the drill. That negative mindset they all try to sell you. Yes, the physical world is a world of impermanence. All things physical changes form through time. Living beings are born, grow, thrive, and then decay sets in and eventually the form must change.  But if you live your life lamenting you that everyone must die someday, you won’t get anything out of life. We all must control our mindsets in order to shape our lives.

Consider the power of gravity over everything physical on earth. Without your life force and the decision to lift yourself up, to stand, to move- you cannot move! All things remain inert until it is moved. Even a smile requires an intent coupled with energy from the life force to be shaped.

The message I want to bring to you dear readers today is, without energy and an intent to move, or to lift yourself up, or to smile, to be happy, to think positive, to do something creative, nothing can be achieved! And it all starts with a decision, an intent!

It is easy to think negative, to think of present lack and present situations and lament over it. It is easy to complain, to blame, to justify why you haven’t achieved. It is easy to blame your family, your parents, your government, your conditions. All too easy. That’s why majority of people do not achieve their goals. That’s also the reason why most people are unhappy focusing on present conditions. And the more you focus on it the more life gives you what you focus on!

It takes a daily decision to think positive, to appreciate, to see the good, to dream, to set goals, to look for opportunities, to create opportunities! All it takes is a daily intent in the morning how you want to live and think today. Where do you live in your psychological world? Where do you allow your consciousness, your mind to vibrate? I can now appreciate those people who are positive, because I realize it takes daily effort to be positive.

What I encourage everyone to do is to start reframing your thoughts if you catch yourself thinking negatively. Try to think of the subject in another more positive, empowering or less negative tone. Changing your mindset will change your destiny because it will change the vibration of your consciousness and what you attract into your life.

Here’s a daily mental exercise you can do. Decide to be mindful of your inner conversations (ie. your self talk) during the day. If you catch yourself thinking disempowering thoughts or dwell in any negative thoughts, you must decide to reframe the thought into a positive one. Try your best to reframe it.

For example, if you didn’t do well at school, or at work, instead of feeling bad, start reframing it to “what can I learn from this and become better from it?”

If someone is rude to you, instead of feeling bad or thinking negative thoughts about the person, try to reframe it to “Isn’t it good that it reminds me not to do that myself because it will make me so unpopular?”, or “well he must have had a rough day or worried about something, I really pity him”. See how few simple reframes will stop you from focusing on the negative and neutralize any negative sentiment?

Reframe all the negative thoughts that enter your mind one by one. You will notice it takes real deliberate effort at the beginning. But once you learn the trick to reframing, you can start tossing out those negative thoughts even before they are finished!

Guess how much you will be raising the vibration of your consciousness and emotions when this becomes a habit? You will be attracting things that fit your new vibrations, things that make you feel even more positive and happy. You will be creating everyday miracles!

One thing for sure, the result of this new vibration will turn your life into new positive conditions and experiences. When you look back from that place of success and happiness, you will appreciate the simple little mental reframing exercise that you decided to do today!

The Amazing Power Of Detachment

6931870-beautiful-backgroundsIs your spouse, friend, family, boss or colleague ticking you off with their negative behaviors? Are conditions around you not to your liking and you feel strong resistance and unhappiness? Read the news about corruption, war, crime and feel negative after that?

One of the best thing you can start doing is the art of detachment. By detachment I mean emotionally detaching yourself from situations around you-especially the negative ones. This is the art of letting things and people be. Some people say detachment means you have no ideals or goals or aim in life. That is incorrect. You can practice a form of detachment yet still have your goals firmly intact in your imagination. In fact, your daily practise in detachment will help you achieve your desires faster than if you don’t practise it.

By emotionally detaching yourself from the negative people and events around you, you are choosing to deliberately keep your emotional vibration in the positive. What it does is to help you avoid any emotional reaction to negative things that you encounter. It is a form of mindfulness, where you constantly choose only positive reaction or a non-reaction. In fact, certain types of Buddhist meditation teaches the practitioner to let any thought come to mind and to just release it without any negative emotions.

What if you are doing that your entire day, every day for 2 weeks? Imagine 14 days of non-emotional reaction to negative behaviours of other people around you.

One of the most important and basic thing we have to remember when we want to be masters of our own fate is this: We choose our thoughts and emotions. The causation of our thoughts are not events and people outside of us, but it is our mental and emotional response to things happening outside of us. We all know there are people in our lives that can interpret a neutral or positive event in their life as a negative or “worst thing that happened”. Events have no meaning other than the meaning and reaction we give to them. It is our own interpretation we must beware of.

So how do we practice detachment?

1) Stop judging, start letting things be. If your friend or spouse is negative, if your government is corrupt, if someone is unfair, instead of judging it (and therefore resisting it), try letting it be. Have a voice in your head that says, “Neh, that doesn’t affect me because I am going to create my own future”. By non-judgment, you also refrain from judging events as right or wrong. Yes, corruption is wrong, but you can choose to stop focusing on corruption of other people, and start living your life.

2) Resist not. Accept things as they are outwardly, while you imagine things as you would like to have them. Let’s face it, with things outside our control, there is no point in resisting or fighting it emotionally. You only keep your own emotional vibrations at a constant low by resisting it.

3) Carry in your mind always an image of what you want to achieve or manifest. Imagine you have a photo of yourself as the person you want to be. See yourself as successful, wealthy, happy, loved, etc. See yourself driving your ideal car, living in your ideal home. That is your target outcome picture. You must have one in your mind to remind you of your goal. It will serve as an anchor in your mind to that reality. Daily imagine it. Believe me, the more you shape that picture everyday, it is going to become easier to bring it up in your mind. Soon, you will be able to see it clearly. You may start to have dreams in your sleep about it. That is a very good sign. This picture will become useful to carry you through the ups and downs in your life. You may meet with disappointing days but recalling this picture in your mind will give you new hope. More importantly, it helps you float in the range of positive emotional vibrations where you attract positive events into your life.

Theta Brain Wave Sound

theta3Many readers have been asking me where they could find a theta brain wave sound for meditation. I have just created a new video on youtube that is a sample of the THETA BRAIN WAVE sound. It runs for 10 minutes, so you can use it for your meditation period. Meditation or ‘going into the silence’ with Theta brain waves sound greatly enables you to go really deep akin to sleep.

I cannot stress how important it is to train your mind to go into that deep state. Theta is the state where you enter when you are sleeping at night and dreaming. Alpha state of mind is when you are in between wakefulness and sleep.  Delta is the state when you are in a deep sleep without dream.

The more your practice, the easier you can access that state akin to sleep where your mind is receptive to new suggestions for improving your life and achieving what you want. Deeper states of mind (Alpha, Theta, Delta) are the keys to access and influence your subconscious mind!

IMPORTANT: Please do not listen to this while driving or doing anything physical that requires your attention. ONLY do this when you are alone, undisturbed, during your meditation period.

Your Invisible Power by Genevieve Behrend

Today I would like to introduce my readers to one of my favorite authors Genevieve Behrend. She was the one and only personal student of Thomas Troward who is considered the Father of the New Thought Movement. New Thought was a name given to the Self Improvement and Law of Attraction movement at that time. Thomas Troward was a bible mystic who could interpret the bible teachings into practical instructions of using one’s imagination, faith, word, etc. The summary of New Thought is this – by changing our thoughts, we can change our life experiences.
